Call for lawyers to participate in research on the Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020 (Coco’s Law)
Dr Maja Brandt Andreasen is a researcher at the DCU Anti-Bullying Centre. Currently, she is doing research into the Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020 (Coco’s Law). In connection with this, she would like to interview solicitors and barristers about their awareness of, and opinion on, the law.
The research is funded by the Department of Justice and will be used to inform policy on online harassment and non-consensual image sharing.
The interview will take about 30-45 minutes and any information will be completely anonymous.
